The Department of Pharmacology, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Raipur, functioning as an ADR Monitoring Centre under the Pharmacovigilance Programme of India (PvPI), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, celebrated the 6th National Pharmacovigilance Week. The week-long campaign, themed "Promoting Rational Use of Medicines Through Pharmacovigilance: A Step Towards Safer Healthcare," featured a series of outreach and awareness activities aimed at healthcare professionals, students, and the general public. Participants took a patient safety pledge, reaffirming their commitment to reporting Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) and strengthening drug safety monitoring. The initiative underscores AIIMS Raipur's continued efforts to promote rational medicine use and safer healthcare practices across the region.
